20,000 Registrations for Windows Home Server Beta 2

Thu, Feb 15, 2007 | Terry Walsh

The Windows Home Server Team Blog is reporting that over 20,000 people in 111 countries have registered for WHS Beta 2! Wow, that’s huge! I’m not going to speculate on numbers here, but I do think there’ll be quite a few people disappointed.

I remember being told on the Windows Vista beta that 95% of people who are accepted into a beta aren’t active - no bugs posted, no newsgroup posts, no interest.

Anyway, if you get in, make sure you’re not one of those guys :-)
