I am confused…….. because I got this e-mail from Novatech today:
Hi
We do apologise but the above order has one item due for delivery of which at present we are having difficulty sourcing this from our suppliers and cannot give an exact due date.
Please can you email myself or phone customer services on 0871 222 1221 and confirm which of the below:
a) Continue With Order
b) Cancel Item
c) Cancel Whole Order
d) Customer to Advise an Alternative
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards

I thought this was a bit odd, so I rang her, and she said that she had no idea when it was being delivered, and that was at 5pm.
So, imagine my suprise when I saw this tonight. Ebuyer has them in stock at alot more money…… still curious as to why I got the above e-mail today……. I thought maybe that they had under-priced their supply, and needed to kill some orders

Hi Gavin
I got the exact same email this morning - I guess between your call and this evening, they learned that they’d be getting stock. I’d previously heard fron another source that stock was hitting the UK this week, so let’s wait and see what happens over the next few days!

Spoke to Novatech today. Whilst they say “due Today”. This seems to mean Monday as next day delivery is Tuesday. At least they accepted the order and at the advertised price. Even with P&P I have saved 37 pounds against eBuyer (and I had always used them in the past).

New update - Novatech now saying “69 due Sep 14 2007″

Blue solutions had stock a few minutes ago, but only seemed to be about 5 copies. By the time I’d registered with them there was 1 !!
