We Got Served - The Windows Home Server Site

Note the use of the condition tense here, but this week HP confirmed that those in the US attending this month’s HP Mediasmart Server webcasts may be eligible for a rebate when they pre-order the system from online retailers in the first few days of release.

I’m going to quote their PR guys verbatim here, so there’s no mix-up:

Customers may see discounts for attending MediaSmart Server/Windows Home Server Webcasts and for pre-ordering the product during the early days of November. In addition, there will be a variety of value-added offers throughout the holiday. Each retailer has the option to choose their promotional mix.

So, if you’re in the market for the HP Mediasmart Server, it may be worth getting your order in early, and registering for the webcasts, just in case there is a saving on offer.
