Welcome to Microsoft’s Steven Lindsay!

Sat, Feb 23, 2008 | Terry Walsh

Please give a big welcome to Steven Lindsay from Microsoft, who will be a resident expert here at We Got Served on many aspects of Windows Home Server and Windows Media Center technologies.

I’ll let Steve introduce himself, but as well as being a self-confessed digital enthusiast, he’s part of Microsoft’s new Windows Champions initiative which focuses on working with communities such as WGS to provide a better link with products and people across the organisation.

Best of all, whilst being a digital expert, he’s also got a great black book of contacts, so any questions he can’t answer can be referred to someone directly in Microsoft who will have the answer, so start sending in your questions!

As well as answering technical queries, Steve will also be posting tips and tricks on making the most of Windows Home Server on the blog and in the forums - and for the developers out there, he’s also got an add-in he’s preparing for release which will ensure WHS and Media Center work better together.

I’m stealing his thunder already, so without further ado, thanks to Steve for being around, and bring on the chat!
