Further to my earlier post regarding online availability of Windows Home Server OEM at various online stores, Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk both now have the product listed on their websites. Further to last month’s online leak of pricing for the HP MediaSmart EX470 and EX475 home servers, HP yesterday confirmed final pricing and availability for the systems in a press release. The Windows Home Server Team blog officially bursts the bubble about that August 27th date. Their view? Hold on. You’ll be able to buy the System Builder SKU soon, but it’s down to their distributors when and for how much. Feel free to get in touch if you see WHS RTM roaming free outside Australasia!
